- Determine the printer’s IP address.
- Open a web browser and enter the printer’s IP address. If prompted, select “continue to browse this site (not recommended).”
- Log in to the printer’s interface.
- Navigate to the “usage information page” located on the left side of the interface.
- Review the summary information detailing the printer’s usage history.
- Click on the “job records” tab to view detailed printing records.
- Utilize the “job type” selection box in the upper-right corner to filter print records by classification.
