1. Maintain a Level Surface: When using the printer, it is best to keep it on a level surface. Do not place any items on top of the printer. Avoid plugging and unplugging print cables while the printer is powered on.

2. Ensure a Clean Usage Area: The area where the printer is used must be kept clean. Excessive dust can hinder the lubrication of the carriage guide shaft, leading to printing issues such as misalignment or jamming. A clean environment helps maintain the accuracy and smooth operation of the printer.

3. Utilize the Automatic Cleaning Function: If the printouts are unclear, have stripes, or defects, use the printer's automatic cleaning function to clean the print head. Note that this process consumes a significant amount of ink. Ensure that the print cable is not plugged in or unplugged during this process.

4. Return Print Head to Initial Position Before Shutting Down: Before shutting down the printer, make sure the print head is in its initial position. Some printers automatically return the print head to this position when shutting down, but for others, you may need to manually confirm this in the pause state before turning off the machine.

5. Avoid Forcing the Print Head: Some printers have a mechanical lock at the initial position. Do not attempt to move the print head by hand, as this can damage the printer's mechanical parts. Always follow the proper procedures for moving the print head.

6. Follow Proper Steps for Changing Ink Cartridges: When changing ink cartridges, follow the steps outlined in the operation manual. Ensure the printer is powered on during this process. After replacing the cartridge, the printer will reset its internal electronic counter to recognize the new cartridge.
